SENATE BILL 373 - February 27, 2024

WAA supported this bill which modified the State statutes to allow OTC hearing aids to be sold without a license and that if an audiologist or HIS sells OTC hearing aids, they do not need to provide the detailed receipt required when they sell non-OTC hearing aids.
